This is by far our favourite squash! The only squash that you can eat with the skin. 

How to prepare and enjoy delicata squash: Cut it in half moons, toss it with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast it at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes (flip the pieces after 10 minutes for an even roast). Eat it with your fingers like fries or add them to a salad! 

Sold by the piece (roughly 500g per unit).
