Food products and personal hygiene products (including masks), beauty and household products sold in bulk:
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on these items for reasons of personal taste. If there was something wrong with the product (defective, sour, rancid...) we will refund or exchange it.
For all other items:
Changed your mind about a product you bought? That happens! Bring back the item to the store with a proof of purchase within 15 days and we will do an exchange or give you a store credit.
If you ordered online, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product at email@example.com and we will organize the return. Return costs are your responsibility - we refund shipping charges only if the item is defective or if we made a mistake.
The product must be unused and in its original new condition with all packaging.
