This is a hard Dutch cheese made exclusively with milk from the breed of cows called Beemsters. It is a cheese akin to a Gouda but with an overall stronger taste, that is a wonderful addition to any cheese lovers palette!
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, cheese culture, animal rennet, annatto (for color).
This item is sold in a paper bag, by the weight, each portion is approximately 100g.
