Nutrition is one of the 9 pillars of happiness. Happiness Habits 613 and NU Grocery are excited that registered holistic nutritionist Tamara Robinson will dig deep into how what you eat impacts your day-to-day life. The workshop will explore our seasonal grocery choices and the impact on our mood. Connect will you local community and learn the connection between what we eat and how we feel! This may change your life for the better.

Happiness Habits 613 is a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Tamara Robinson & Stephen Bierbrier are co-leads of Happiness Habits 613 in 2023. Tamara is a registered holistic nutritionist, trail runner, and lover of life.
